Milestone primarily offers individual and group counseling services. Individual counseling sessions may be 30, 45, or 60 minutes long based on one's needs and goals for treatment. Group counseling sessions are 75 minutes long. In addition to individual and group counseling services, Milestone offers assessments, case management services, and relapse prevention planning. To link with services at Milestone, please call (614)710-1496 and speak with our staff to schedule an appointment. Your appointment will be scheduled in the first available space.

You should bring a valid Ohio ID, such as a drivers license or state ID. Additionally, you will need to provide your insurance card. If you do not have your card, bring your member ID number. Please allow approximately 60 minutes for your initial appointment with Milestone.

Yes, Milestone Addiction Counseling follows all regulations and laws required by HIPAA and 42 CFR. Any medical information requested by insurance providers, pharmacies, court offices, other professionals, or individuals MUST to be authorized in written form by the patient. Furthermore, individuals have the right to revoke this consent at any point during the course of their treatment.

Milestone accepts most private insurances along with Medicaid. Additionally, those without insurance can be seen based on Milestone's sliding fee scale. Please contact us to discuss your specific situation at (614)710-1496.
